To All TCPC Customers,

Due to the fluid situation of the coronavirus—COVID-19–Tri-County Pest Control is
taking preemptive steps to protect the safety and welfare of both our customers and our
employees.

Tri-County Pest Control has implemented procedures that can minimize the spread of
coronavirus (as well as other cold and flu viruses) to help guard the safety and security
of our customers and our employees both.

Tri-County Pest Control Initial Coronavirus Protection Protocol
1. All TCPC employees are instructed to report to supervisor if/when sick so that it
can be determined if they should come to work or not, based on symptoms and
other factors. Likewise, if you the customer are not well, please call us to cancel your
appointment. Appointments will be rescheduled as circumstances allow.
2. We have designed protocols around the specific workspace of the employee.
Use of sanitizing wipes, disposable gloves and disinfectants are in place for our
employees.
3. When meeting clients we will avoid handshakes, which is good social protocol
during cold and flu season anyway. If necessary, we will escalate protocol to
execute paperwork and payments remotely.
4. At this time, there are no changes to our current operation as we feel our
services are being conducted in a safe and preventative manner. Additionally, our
business does not have a store front and therefore is not open to the public, which
allows for containment and implementation of disinfecting protocols.

Importantly, TCPC continues to monitor developments regarding this virus. We are
monitoring good business practices issued by the CDC and as referenced by
National Pest Management Association (NPMA). It is, of course, our hope that with
reasonable precautions – both in our office workplace and with our field pest
technicians – that the impact of COVID-19 and other illnesses will be minimal.
